The following are our terms of registration, which apply to all Work Seekers looking for either permanent or temporary (contract) work.

  1. We work at all levels within the Property & Facilities Management industries and will endeavour, as far as is practicable and reasonable, to assist you in finding work in the area that you have specified in the website registration process (“registration”). You authorise us to seek work on your behalf within these fields.
  2. We will not charge you any fee for our services, should we be successful, or not, in assisting you.
  3. Should you require temporary work, you will either be employed on a Contract for Services or, if you represent a Ltd Company seeking work, on Terms of Engagement.  Our Contract for Services will be freely entered into and agreed by both parties and will allow for the following,
    1. Rates of pay shall be set at the minimum equivalent hourly rate noted by you in the registration process.
    2. We undertake to pay you at the agreed rate for the number of verifiable hours actually worked by, regardless of whether we receive payment from our client.
    3. Termination periods vary according to length of service, for less than one year it is immediate on either side.
    4. Payments are made either fortnightly or 4-weekly, according to agreement.
    5. Annual leave entitlement is 24 days per annum and holiday pay payments are made in addition to the basic rate of pay.
  4. Personal information provided to us is treated in the strictest confidence and held under the Data Protection Act, under which we are registered. It is held for the purposes of assisting you in seeking either permanent or temporary work.
  5. We undertake only to send your details to potential hirers after obtaining your permission.
  6. We will endeavour to act openly and professionally in all our dealings with you, we require that all information given by you to us is truthful and complete.
  7. We are only able to offer work seeking services to individuals that are permitted to work in the UK. No temporary work will be given unless evidential proof of such entitlement is provided in accordance with current Home Office statutory guidelines.

  9. Some of the vacancies that we handle require you to submit to a Criminal Records Bureau check, by registering with us you accept this condition. This sahll of course be subject to the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders 1974.
  10. By registering with us through the website process, or by your sending of a CV, you are deemed to have accepted the above terms in full. Should any of these terms be varied by us we shall inform you in writing of any changes.
